Full operational assessment - The full assessment is centred round three main themes: Process Flow, Regulatory Compliance and Application Integration. Our audit with present a comprehensive review of a clients post trade business structure. A detailed report and summary presentation will complete the assessment.
Operational improvement plan - The outcome of the assessment is then used to create a bespoke improvement plan to your specific needs and issues. It will highlight areas of concern and identify where improvements can be made with suggestions as to likely resources, timescales, priorities and steps for improvement.
